They refused to give me my biscuit saying that “meal no come with biscuit” even after I pointed to a screen that said it did. I was not given my biscuits. Now eating my food, I can hear people complaining that they got the wrong thing constantly.
The manager is very rude. They informed me they do not have a scanner and cannot assist me with my order. Manager then proceeded to curse me out and tell me to shut up and go about my day . How is this reasonable or acceptable when I asked for assistance on an order for my points ? This is terrible bussines and seems very racist . If you aren’t Spanish they will not assist you with anything
