Disgusted and nasty place to eat ants all over and terrible customer service i feel bad for anyone who works there or goes there to eat just save yourself a trip and don't eat there, it is not a sanitary workplace, i once got chicken and macaroni from there and w few minutes later started to throw up with a bad headache im not sure what they are really putting in there “food” but by FARR the worst ive ever had i sat down in there and ants starting crawling up the tables onto my soda cup and so i told the servers and they told me to be quiet and get out rudely and disrespectfully so please spend your hard earned money elsewhere that makes good quality food.

We went through the drive thur and prices were not right on sign I told him what was on the sign . We told me what the price really was, ok . What ever. Got the chicken to my mother in laws and it was so dark and dried out it was like jerky!!!!! Couldn't eat!!! If you like terrible food that's the place to go. Last $42.00 they will ever get from us. By the way when I ask for the ticket he torn off the bottom, so it didn't work getting rid of the survey!!!

Rude service, nasty greasy floors, took forever to get food. The buffet area is still dirty from 4 hours ago. There is multiple puddles on the floor from people droping something. Every table is dirty. The Colonel would be very disappointed. They need to fire everyone in this store including management, this place is a disgrace!!!

Drive thru worker didn't seem to listen very well and rushed us through. We were charged for our full order but nearly half of it wasn't in the bag. Chicken was dry and old, had obviously sat in the warmer past its hold time. Definitely not worth the drive.

Drive thru attendant was very snatchy, not pleasant in the least.. Sign said, under new management, come say Hi.. Not with that attitude Ma'am..
