Literally were at lunch with construction workers! It was great! My god half portion fed me very well And my husband's portugese sausage did too I am so glad they forgot about my soup haha as I wouldn't be able to fit it
It is a very special tasca in Coimbra. If you want to have a lunch or a dinner you definitely should go to Quim. Cheap and delicious meal. You can taste the very traditional dishes of Portugal. I truly recommend this place.
One of the best local and typical Portuguese places in Coimbra. Not much to say. Try it! Owners are wonderful! Wife in the kitchen and husband as “steel”
For people who love local simple hearty food from areas they like us visit, this is the best place in Coimbra. The part is huge! They let you choose half €4.5 of the total part €6 and we chose every half part, but hardly finished. All dishes are absolutely delicious! Including bread and desserts. The place is small, but the owner managed it very efficiently. He has never missed anything in our orders, although we do not speak Portuguese, only points to the menu and the pictures in Google Map: Of course you need some basic words like água, vinho, pão or obrigado. Quim dos ossos is her speciality, served every day. You can order ancillary dish to go with such potato chips, boiled cabbage or rice €1 extra. You also have a box to take away, only the big part. You will find that there are not many places to take away in Portugal offer. Very recommended!
