I love me some diner food! Collegeville Diner has been around for a while now. They seem to do well business wise. Our waitress was attentive and did well with the drinks. My mother and I both ordered the pot roast special for that evening. She had a side salad with hers and I had the lobster bisque. Everything was fantastic. The lettuce was fresh as well. Great portions. Pricing is comparable, and on point. They do offer a military discount which is much appreciated. Only complaint, my pancake was made in the same grill that burgers or some meat product is made on, so my pancake had a little bit of an odd meat taste. I ended up not eating it all. I plan to return often.
Copious amounts of comfort food with gravy, gravy gravy! The menu is impressive with a year's worth of options. Service is cheery and a diner experience is great fun.
Will be very honest this is good dinner food. The food was quick to come out and very reasonably priced. My wife was craving breakfast for dinner this diner, and I was able to have breakfast lunch and dinner foods for any time of day. Service was pretty quick, and the diner over all was pretty quiet and easy to talk with people at your table.
Excellent food and plenty of it. Service was exceptional. And every inch was spotless. Very inviting. Cozy and welcoming.
