They are usually nice and everything but for some reason tonight they was rude, didn't give me some items, wrong size sandwiches smh...

Here is my feedback. I went there this week with a co-worker during our lunch break. We both ordered a medium sub combo. It took 53 minutes to receive our order. There were maybe 15 other patrons sitting inside at the time who all had similar wait times, if not longer. There were 11 employees working. Almost all of them were working on very large GrubHub orders. We were told nothing about the long wait, however, the 20+ people that came in after us were all turned away after being told that the wait would be 45 mins to an hour. At least 5 customers in front of us finally gave up waiting and demanded refunds. I'm pretty forgiving and try to be as empathetic as possible, but this was just about the single most baffling display of ineptitude that I've ever witnessed. Why not allocate three or four employees to fulfilling online orders and have the rest tend to the physical customers inside of the business? To watch so many refunds be given and to see two dozen customers be turned away during peak lunch hour can't be good for repeat business.
This Firehouse is pretty terrible. No Welcome to Firehouse! I asked for two of the same sandwich, got two different sandwiches. Shame on me for not checking before I left. This is a month after my wife went up there 30 minutes before closing and was met with locked doors and employees that couldn 't care less.
