They all came out in different order and the food was cold and old it was not made fresh at all you can tell they just heated it up…the biryani had no flavor they said it was Hyderabadi dum biryani but they had just cooked the rice separately added some color and than added a chicken they use in another dish on top..the rice was also hard like plastic and the chicken tikka masala was SWEET and flavorless…..it was not authentic indian food more like white washed food…the restaurant had almost 80-100 seating space but their bathrooms did not work according to them which is weird for such a large Restaurant and weird for both men and womans bathroom to be out of order at the same time. Anyways wont be coming here again wasted $85 for 2 ppl and we left all the food. I would give a 0 star if I could
Well presented and well prepared meals with full flavors! Most friendly staff. Great ambience!
Not as good as some other places, but not bad. only has about 1/2 as much rice as need though.
I ate at 9 Spices this past Saturday night. It was a terrible experience, start to finish. We were brought our entrees (Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Korma) without anything on the table. We had to ask for plates, silverware and napkins. When they arrived, we just dug in, even though there were no rice or Naans (The menu listed a choice of rice or naan, that were supposed to come with the dish. We ordered one of each). We also ordered two appetizers: an onion pakoda (on the recommendation of the owner) which came out cold. And Aloo tikki, which were three small patties. When the rice and naan finally came out, we were halfway through our meal. The naans were cold and dry.The kicker to this entire disappointing meal? The prices listed on the menu (and their website) are not accurate. After I paid for the meal, and was suprised at how much more expensive the bill was, the owner told me they'd raised their prices, but hadn't updated the menu yet. Chicken Tikka Masala is listed at $15, I was charged $19.95Lamb Korma is listed at $16, I was charged $18.95, plus an additional $3.50 for the naan which is supposed to come with the dish. The Aloo Tikki is listed at $6, I was charged $8. The Onion Pakoda wasn't on the menu, so I don't know what the price is listed, but I was charged $11.95. For a cold, fried dish.I would not return. The food and the service may be worth the lower prices but certainly not the ones they charged me.
Great Place! The customer service was fantastic! Especially Sirisha. For the food we ordered Madras Chicken curry which was really good, we also ordered the paneer butter masala which was ok.
