Urban Tandoor - Colorado Springs

The ambience of this restaurant was very nice. The food was very bad. We ordered biryani and it tasted so pathetic. The quantity of food served for the price is also less. We tried plenty of dishes and nothing met expectations. Other than ambience, nothing was great. Bread items (roti, naan) were good. I would definitely not recommend this place. When we gave feedback to the employee, he wasn't even paying attention and not willing to accept it. Instead he was focused on attending to other customers.

Saira was absolutely adorable and such a hard working little lady. She assisted as needed since the restaurant was extremely busy and the wait staff were slammed.The CHEF was floating around the restaurant ensuring that all meals were being enjoyed. As a fellow Chef I appreciated that aspect so much.Every dish we had was fantastic!Will definitely be dining here again.

2.5 ? for the food. This is a highly overrated restaurant with fantastic ambience and decent service but below average food unfortunately. Portions are relatively small and price doesn't do any justice to food quality, taste and portions.

We had the best Indian food outside of India last night. Not only was the food amazingly delicious but our server Sam was very attentive and polite. The coolest thing is that a robot delivers your food. This was our first experience with that. Our son especially loved this. They have a great atmosphere too: playing Bollywood videos on the big screen and fun decor. Highly recommend this restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!

We had such an amazing time! The food is incredible! They also have these super cute kitty robots that bring the food! Shariq gave us some awesome recommendations and had the best disposition. Someone had a birthday and the kitty robot had a little message for them while they played a drum. Great nightVegetarian options: This is the best place for flavorful vegetarian food! ?
