Applebee's Grill - Columbia

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Never had to ask for anything.

Had been craving Applebee's for dinner,after watching billboards go by the whole trip. On entering the hostess had just refused 5 older gentleman letting them know they're cook was about 30 minutes behind on orders. We definitely got the vibe they didn't want us at the establishment either but kindly let them know we would be taking our order with us, however we were going to sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited. 6 oz. Sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was so good and just the right amount.

Do not go here the food was gross and the service was super slow do not recommend

The Bartender Joel is very rude and condescending its just certain ways you don’t talk to ppl in customer service and he doesn’t understand that. You can’t complain about not getting a tip before somebody even gets a to go box to leave.
