Wendy's - Columbia

Shirley kitchen the manager here went above and beyond for my family today and this was by far the best we did experience we have ever had. The restaurant was so clean and the staff were all friendly but this manager is really an awesome person inside and out and made my whole day. After my family has been camping all weekend and this our first restaurant experience for the weekend this was such a blessing to experience! Thank you Mrs kitchens for your love to my family this morning!

Most horrible place. Ketchup tasted off. I saved my receipt if i got sick. Sandwich was not fresh and slow location. Bathrooms had no towels. Mens bathroom had no soap or towels.

It’s very hit or miss getting the right order in the drive thru line. What’s not hit or miss is them having chocolate frostys. Every time I go to Wendy’s I try to get one and they NEVER have it.

The staff are always great!! The food was good...and the restaurant was very clean!

The cashiers and window workers could be nicer. Food was ok. Fries could have been hotter for middle of lunch hour.
