Several sandwiches were either unlabeled or incorrectly labeled, and we ended up with items we hadn’t ordered. Furthermore, we were informed that they couldn't handle the tax exemption properly, leading to confusion regarding our bill. Instead of addressing the tax issue, they simply credited us for one sub, claiming we had ordered 14 subs instead of the 18 we actually received out of a total of 22. This entire situation was quite frustrating and has left me thoroughly disappointed.
The sub I ordered was delicious, but the restaurant felt overcrowded with too many tables and chairs, which made it challenging to get to the register or the front door. Moreover, the staff seemed to lack warmth and friendliness.
Firehouse Subs is an excellent chain with delicious choices. I usually opt for the smokehouse brisket, topped generously with hot sauce. This location met my expectations perfectly. The customer service was impressive, and the restaurant was tidy. Additionally, there was a nice selection of sports games playing on the TVs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The sub I had was good, but the restaurant is overly crowded with too many seats, making it difficult to walk to the register or exit through the front door. Additionally, the staff lacked personality.
This is one of my favorite places for subs in the country. This location is just like all the other Firehouse Subs, featuring a friendly and welcoming staff along with delicious sandwiches. You really can't go wrong with the spicy Cajun chicken!
