Kfc - Columbus

This is the worse KFC I've been too in Columbus. Everytime I go their super rude and my order is ALWAYS WRONG! I gave them multiple chances by trying them again but my 3rd time was my last straw with them????????. I would NOT recommend this locationto anyone.

Worst kfc every always forget somethin then never answer the phone. I order though door dash in ask the dasher bring jelly said not on receipt when they dont even give option. Then went though drive though got the wrong sides its always somethin justGhetto

My entire order was wrong. I only had 3 items and all 3 items were wrong and I can?t take it back because they never gave me a receipt. I ordered a 5 pc tender and got 4pc without my sauce. I substituted Mac and cheese instead of fries. I got fries. Iordered a bowl without gravy. They gave gravy dumped all over the place.

One of the worst kfc experiences I have ever had. Customer service was really bad and they were very rude. I would be ok if the food was good, but the chicken was saggy and smelly and feels like I am eating a 3 day old chicken. Needless to say, I am nevergoing back there and would highly discourage people to go there.

Food quality was terrible service was good. Chicken was old, soggy, burnt and left a horrible after taste. Macaroni was overcooked to the point where teeth were no longer required to slurp that tasteless bile. Save your hopes dreams and potentiallyyour life go get a popeyes chicken sandwich and go back home.
