Sonic Drive-in - Columbus

Got part of my order wrong. The part I wanted most was not given and something else was in its place

My tater tots were old, stale and gross. They gave me the wrong sundae I ordered the snickers and received the Oreo sundae.

Okay. there is a lot to unpack here. I ordered a cheeseburger and a cherry sleep. the burger was very good, very fresh and good ingredients. the **** was really good. until I finished. there was a hair in the floor, that was very disappointing. they had good costume service and eat, but I wouldn't recommend the **** because my hair had in it.

We stopped in for a quick drink after going to the Columbus Zoo for a few hours. We got one of their Cherry Burst drinks, and it was very refreshing after walking around. Service was quick and friendly, and the drive through line kept moving at a good pace. Overall, this Sonic met our expectations.

I’m originally from Oklahoma…(the headquarters of Sonic Drive-In)…so I’ve been eating at Sonic for almost 50 years. I’ve been to good Sonics, and I’ve been bad ones, but I’ve never had a problem with the one on Gemini Place in Polaris! Keep up the good work! You’re awesome! ?
