Chicken Express - Comanche

I visited this restaurant yesterday and ordered a #2 with French fries. Unfortunately, the fries didn't come with my meal, so I called to address the issue. I asked to speak with the manager who took my order, but they refused to talk to me and instructed the staff instead...

We walked in, and despite there being five employees present, no one greeted us. We waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes before someone finally attended to us. The food took a long time to arrive and was just mediocre. We won't be returning. Regardless of whether it’s fast food or not, customers should feel welcomed.

I have a gift card that I am unable to use at the Comanche location. They have repeatedly told me that they are not set up to accept it. First, they mentioned they weren't ready to process gift cards. Then, they said they were still not set up. After that, I was told they were waiting for internet installation. And now, I'm still waiting for that installation to happen.
