Agriturismo Casa Turchetti - Comano

We ate here on a couple of previous trips to Tuscany and loved the food and relaxed atmosphere. So as soon as we were able to travel we decided to stay here for a week. All I can say is the place is just stunning, the property is beautiful, dating back to the 16th century and retains its charm and authenticity, whilst being tastefully enhanced with an infinity pool and conversion of a derelict chapel into a fabulous restaurant. The breakfast is excellent with great choice and the restaurant serves gourmet class food at a very reasonable price. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and we really could not fault our stay … perfect !

Call this place restaurant it’s a shame, casa turchetti it’s my personal heaven! Everithing it’s home made, the recipes have got a mix of ingredient wich u whole never think to put toghetere, but the chef it’s able to give to the plate the perfect balance. And the desert.. uau! I personally don’t like chocolate, but I can eat the “tortino al cioccolato” even 100 times! My personal advice to you guys, if u visit casa turchetti and u are so lucky to find the “ chestnut gnocchi with muchino and nut” in the menu, try it, it’s the end of the world!

Off the beaten track but worth the effort to find. No rushing here. Friendly efficient service some English spoken and menu regularly changed around and everything was cooked as expected. All food that we tried was excellent what ever courses.
