The quality of the beef is excellent; not greasy fatty cuts, that we've gotten from other bbq joints these days. The sides are tasty too! My only suggestion to improve the dining experience is to brew/serve top quality ice tea (from real tea bags) with filtered water, lots of ice and fresh condiments: lemon, lime, mint to be on par with the food being offered, will elevate this food truck's reputation and brand awareness. The pre made , dark tea drink served, with no ice, poured out of a cold plastic jug, tasted nasty and had a plastic after taste. That just doesn't cut it in Texas, a state filled with ice tea and bbq connoisseurs. If portable fly fans are added to the tables so customers are not to having to constantly wave insects away, while eating the juicy and tender brisket; it would would ensure an awesome outdoor foodie destination experience. It will attract even more customers and build a dedicated following faster. We look forward to returning.
My husband and I are in town for our anniversary we actually came to the distillery for a drink but the bbq shack smelled so good so we decided to try it out. So glad we did it was so yummy. The potato salad I could just eat that by itself but then I tried the pulled pork and was in love. I am not a big bbq fan but let me tell you this place would make me one.
I was in Comfort for diagnostics on a vehicle. Found this place Kbubz on line for a bite on Tuesday for lunch and it was shut down. Ended up at Fritze's BBQ to have lunch and it was pretty good.
A good place for good bbq! This is a bbq trailer so there is no inside seating. There is outdoor seating though.
I hate to do this but just spent 20 bucks on 3 ribs that was the worst ever. We could not eat it at all. Not cooked no flavor had to give to the dog. I support local but the 4 th time means we won’t be back. Literally could not eat it.
