Unfortunately I had to give 1 as there is no option to give 0. They have only one menu on the otherside for the drive through, by the time we reach to the door we forgot the name of the item that we try to remember. I asked the lady politely that I gorgot the name of the item, she ask me to go around and come back. Unfortunately she is one of the manager’s (Kimberly). Unfortunately she is very very rude. She is not even ready to take a feedback. The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, but they struggle to handle busy periods efficiently. It's important for a food establishment, especially one serving ice cream, to be able to operate smoothly during busy times.

This restaurant is better than ice cream, although very similar. You can only order food from a walk-up window service or drive-thru, as there is no indoor seating available. The root beer float I had was delicious.

Almost gave three stars for the trash employees did not pick up out in the eating area outside. Since it is the only place to consume their products, they should keep it much cleaner, as they would if it was inside dining.Four stars for the product quality and the location. Why location? A much slower vibe compared to Charlotte .
