Brewers Fayre Craigside Inn - Conwy

Great evening meal and breakfast whilst staying at the attached Premier Inn. Good value, hot and tasty food and excellent service.

Restaurant pub is from the Brewers Fayre chain. It has a good menu with good value for money and tasy food. Staff were friendly and competent, and they were ensuring the respect of social distancing rules. However, the pub got very busy and it took a while to get my bill in the end, and in fact I had to ask for it. Also the pub is a bit far from the Llandudno town centre at mile, so a bit far to walk, hence the car is the better option to get there. Hence I have out of which is still a very good score. I would definitely eat there again.

As usual,good food, great service, very reasonable price!. We go regularly, coffee in a morning,meal in the evening. Can't fault it!!!!. Great service with a smile . Well done, AMANDA,LEE, CHRIS,GARY, ELLIE,ALL THE CHEF'S AND NOT FORGETTING ALL THE OTHER STAFF BEHIND THE SCENES!!!!!.

For our regular Friday night meal,on 28th Chris was a fantastic waiter ,he makes it fun ,he knows our names ,and especially my allergies,he goes out of his way ,and always makes it a lovely enjoyable visit Thanks Chris

Menu had been shortened. Not much choice. Staff friendly and busy. Food arrived, my dad had gammon roast dinner but it was like warm. The mashed veg was cold so had to send it back and asked for it to be heated for a couple of minutes. Wasn’t much better when it was brought back out. Coleslaw was forgotten for one plate of food. The waitress said she had forgotten it and would bring it out but she never came back with it.
