Subway - Cookeville

We really enjoyed our subs. Used coupons and Husband had one for his dinner for work.

Every time we try to get a sub through the drive through, nobody comes to the window.I realize they might be understaffed but they can at least close the drive through with a sign drive through closed. So nobody sits there for twenty minutes for nothing.

Went to drive thru no one came to window so backed up to drive over drive bell again and still no one so we pecked on window. Girl took order and sent another girl with our order and she proceeded to tell us we were disrespectable for pecking on window and for us not to do it again. Our sandwiches were not as should have been.

My daughter was excited to try the $2 churro they have on the window and we went thru the drive thru to grab one. The lady that waited on me was beyond rude tried to charge me $4 something at first then I questioned the price and she changed it to $3 something saying her manager said to charge for six cookies.she asked if I wanted her to call her manager so I said sure. She walked away looking at a cell phone and came back with another lady and just ended up opening the window back up and telling me the total was still the three something. The woman was incredibly rude and basically said to accept being overcharged or no churro. Won't go back to this location.

I'm not sure why we continue ordering here. Every single time, the sandwiches look sloppy and unappetizing and the people working here could care less about the customer or the car at the drive-thru window. 0 and 3 on the takeout order, it's wrong every time.
