Last night I had the pleasure of staying at the Trapper cabin, a quaint and cozy cabin in the heart of Cooper Landing. It was my second stay. I normally have a hard time sleeping in an unfamiliar place, but I always fall immediately asleep in the Trapper cabin. The cabin has a full kitchen including a full-size stove and a refrigerator. During this trip, I was delivering 10 pounds of meat from Homer to Anchorage, which fit nicely in the freezer. I did not have to worry about my meat thawing along the way. The Trapper cabin is kept immaculately clean. The innkeeper is very helpful and attentive to my travel needs. I am looking forward to staying at the Trapper cabin in the future!

Only visited the convenience store. Came in for coffee to grab some breakfast. Espresso tasted burnt and the breakfast sandwich was just a Jimmy Dean sandwich pulled out of its original wrapper. Nice staff but come on, either go legit with the breakfast food or don’t dress it up.
Ice cream was good. Coffee wasn't great. Definitely go to the coffee shack right around the corner!! Way better coffee there.
