Ricky's Country Schoolhouse - Coquitlam

The food here is very good and it comes out at a perfect temperature. The waiters here are very friendly and talkative. It did take us a little bit to get our food but there were only two waiters so I don't blame them. Overall, great food, great service, and good atmosphere

We were there for lunch. It had a nice menu of standard family restaurant fare. The food was good. Our server was efficient and friendly. The restaurant itself needs updating. It hasn't changed in decor since it opened years ago. The men's washroom was not very clean which was surprising to me for the time of day that it was. Overall a satisfactory experience and I will probably be back.

01 July 2023, Happy Canada Day We stopped by because I felt like having a Breakie Bowl. I need 5 more stars here to add to my previous review! Top notch service and fantastic food, at very reasonable prices. My better half had the Chicken Philly Cheesestake, and I had a bite. That's what I'm ordering on our next visit. I've been to many Ricky's all over BC and Alberta. This one serves one of the best foods I've had in Ricky's. The servers greet you with a smile and are prompt to tend to you. Atmosphere is relaxed and great, exactly how you expect to feel at a Ricky's, having a family meal with loved ones. Great place!

Good food. Efficient restaurant. But the atmosphere was a little rushed. We were there for a late lunch. So we're several others. The staff was nice and very friendly but couldn't spend time chit-chatting. Fair enough, but it took away from the atmosphere, but the food was hot and the coffee kept coming. We are going back.

I visited the restaurant as part of a private event in the private room. The food was good. I had the veggie burger and fries. The taste was good. The presentation could use some help. I was told that they were short staffed that night. It's never easy to run a restaurant when your employees don't show up.
