While we were there the manager was visible and pitched in to aid the staff, and servers had help with other employees who cleaned the tables for them. We did not have to wait for service, and our food arrived hot and as ordered. The restaurant, store, and premises were clean, as well. Food: 5
Food was good but not very hot, just kinda luke warm. Our waitress was great! She was friendly and very attentive to us. My recommendation is not to go to that place, first of all they wanted to give us a table for 4 because they didn't have a table for 5 and they didn't have a table for 6 either. They didn't have to move us if they didn't have a table available for 5 people. After sitting for more than 10 minutes, they didn't put any water on the table. They wanted us to change to a dirty table and wait for them to clean it. It meant more delay. We told them to move. They took the order, we were ready to order, we had already been waiting for 30 minutes and to a surprise they sent us the person who cleans the table. We took our order and of course everything arrived wrong. At that moment we called the manager and she with It was very sad that he personally brought the order to us, I just hope that the girl who served us at the beginning is removed from that restaurant, bad service due to customer abuse.
We were served but chicken pot pie was not good. Hardly had anything in it and crust was over cooked, almost burnt. Biscuits were undercooked/doughy.
The food was served hot and was delicious. Despite the crowd, the service was good. Only problem was the Internet was down which caused payment problems and management had not posted signs.
