Contribuer aux commentairesI didn't eat pizza but a hamburger. I was amazed! Excellent quality at really an irresistible price! Only negative note the almost endless wait, but taking into account that there was only one person to do everything I can very well close an eye.
We waited for more than 30 minutes for a piece of pizza and a hamburger, despite the owner declared maximum 10 minutes waiting. Needless to say, it wasn't worth it.
Pizzeria in the cut with some tables that allow to consume the product also on the spot, possibly even in the version 'at the plate' even if in fact in this case the service takes place on a cutting board and instead of the cutlery is given a serrated wheel to make pizza to pieces and eat it anyway with the hands. Pleasant environment, extreme courtesy of the owner also willing to create a pizza of your choice, of course on the basis of the ingredients it has. The dough is pleasant, very well digestible, and the ingredients of discreet quality. The pizza is however traditional, far from that ‘gourmet’ pizza that is affirming itself in many parts of Italy and that in this area has not yet taken place. For those who have already become accustomed to the new modern trends of pizza, that of this room could therefore seem a bit 'data' and 'superata'. This is why we are here in Corinaldo, a city with a wide tourist attraction, and people who turn the world and have catering experiences. A pizza with salami and artichokes 6 euro, a small beer in bottle 2.50 euro.

We book in this pizzeria of the appetizers for an aperi-cena. Chef Marco offers us his selection. to accounts made the suggestion as well as appreciated was very adequate. pastrami sandwiches (NY Italian style): excellent steam sandwiches: excellent salmon and wasabi farro in basil pesto: excellent and fresh pizza: the dough is soft and very digestible; the proper dressing. highly recommended.
