Attended a couple of courses in the event centre over ten days, reported that three faucets in gents toilets were not working, they are still not working

Good place to rest your head and have a bite to eat and a beer.

The good points : Staff at reception are excellent as always. Room for improvement : The hotel looks tired. Worn out carpets, one of two lifts not working. Chairs in the bar food area are well beyond their end of life. Requested drink not available tap not working! . Would it really be a big ask to have a bottle of water in the room ? I could go on !

Need more lightening on the outside of the hotel . . I personally found it very dark when I had to walk down to my car . . . Found the staff very helpful friendly . .
