Food had an okay taste. Service is mediocre most of the time. I was greatly disappointed after my last visit. I picked up food to go. Once I got home I found out I had gotten ripped off. They served me food on top of a second lid that was resting on top of the take out plate. I was deceived, I got less food than what I paid for. The pictures will explain much better, but I can say that I will never go back after this.

We usually get roasted chicken, but chicharrones pork rinds are great together with steamed yucca with red onions in vinegar.

Today Sunday November 20/22 I made an order and they sent me a different meal after an hour, I called to complain and they left me waiting, I dialed the other phone number, they didn’t even apologize, they just said they were very busy and if I wanted the change it would take an hour but, it seemed to me an answer in very poor taste. They must respect the customer.

Horrible customer service. you call and they leave you hanging for 10+ minutes it?s like they forget you are on the phone. awful i would give 0 if i could
