These people do it right! The store is always clean and the staff in here are on top of it! I love their mobile app it saves so much time not waiting in long food lines.

Exceptionally slow service, numerous employees just killing about. Line stacked up multiple people deep and people are complaining to each other on speed of service or lack there of. Soda machine was also non operable, but no signage warningcustomers of that when they walked in. Wouldn?t eat here again.

Normally I go in person and can see my food made. This was the first time we had our food delivered. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. They were absolutely disgusting, small portions and soupy. Both went straight in the trash. Sending out food this bad isunacceptable. I had no luck reaching management so instead they get a bad review.

I was very disappointed! My chips were so stale I didn?t eat them. Next time if there is a next time, I will dine in, so that they can?t get away with giving me stale chips! It?s a shame they would do this to a good customer! Especially when I paid $16plus dollars and a dollar tip for 1 person!

Walk in and not one of the Five employees greeted me. My wife and I stood in line for 10 and still no one said anything to us. We had to request to have someone to help us. Upon ordering our food, the employee walked up to the counter with a attitude .He started to prepare our bowl , by slapping everything in a bowl with the attitude. Never going there again. Bad customerservice. I felt disrespected. The was poorly prepared. I just left the food there.
