Horrible costumers service, I orders something the food coming horrible and the costumer services was terrible,

Out of all the Latin Restaurants in Queens, this is by far out favorite one to eat. Authentic Dominican food with great service. You have the option to order from the options they have ready or order from the menu. Either way, you can not go wrong.I have been visiting this establishment for a few years and have never had 1 bad meal

Slow service on a Wednesday afternoon with barely any customers. Went there for a quick bite and waited patiently for a while, but after 20-30 minutes I had to flag down the server to let her know we were ready to order, to which she responded ?I?m sorrygive me a chance?. Waited another 10 minutes to have my order taken, and after all was said and done, it was 50 minutes until Igot my food. Now... 50 minutes doesn?t seem too bad, but keep in mind that I didn?t order anything special. I ordered rice,beans, and chicken which is ready to be served in the front. Imagine how long it would?ve taken if I would?ve ordered somethingthat needed to be prepared... that?s why you can?t wait 30-40 minutes to take someone?s order. Not only that, but food isn?twhat it used to be. I was extremely disappointed. Chicken was super dry. Had to have a sip of water to be able to swallow thechicken. There beans used to be fire too; not anymore though. I?ve been here a couple of times before, but according to anotherreview they have new owners. I won?t be coming here again.

I recently held my daughter's baptism at Estrella Latina with 13 adults and 4 kids, and I couldn't be happier with my choice of hosts. The staff was incredible, catering to all of my guests' needs. The owner herself ensured that the planning process was seamless and stress-free, which was a huge relief for me. We all felt at home and very comfortable. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic, with no complaints at all. I would definitely choose Estrella Latina for any future events.
