Whataburger - Corpus Christi

Got served raw chicken tenders. I had ate a good amount of my meal but I still asked for my money back, nicely. They saw the tenders and knew they were wrong so they gave me a refund with no issues. Whenever we were getting ready to leave, I could hearthem snickering like it?s some joke, and then when we left the little boy with glasses at the front counter said ?have a goodnightttt? in the most sarcastic tone which made it feel like they thought it was my fault that they messed up? Definitely won?tbe coming back here, everything was fine until he wanted to use his sarcastic little tone.

The establishment was cleaned,but the drive thru...needs some work. If your behind someone that's placed a food order,and you just order a coke and fries,your stuck in line until the other car gets their order...they seldom tell the person with the foodorder to move ahead . Also since they sold to another owners,the burgers are not the same.

Ordered the #1 Whataburger meal with cheese and it was hot and fresh as well as the fries! Tastey and so good. And it?s even better when the order is made right!

Good place and they got my burger right but they forgot my spicy ketchup and i?m very salty about that

I ordered my food at 11:02 pm to get breakfast, there was no wait in line but 1 car ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes until someone came out with orders to take out to the car by the time there are 2 more cars behind and the one car ahead of me. Thelady who gave the food gave the food to the car ahead of me and the 2 cars behind me. She asked me what I ordered I said #21.She said it?ll be out shortly. It wasn?t until 11:40 pm she came out with more food and it wasn?t even mine it was the personbehind me again! So asked asked her where?s my food and she said sorry it?s on the way. I didn?t get my food until 11:45 pm.Never going there again! It?s always wait time there regardless if there are cars or not!
