Pizza Hut - Cortez

Everything was exactly what I ordered with excellent quality of the food, the service and delivered in a timely manner with exceptional friendly staff! Definitely will order again and again in the future!! ?????

Local Cortez Co pizza hut has gone down the drain. Pizza is nasty. Never get what you ordered. The new indoor dining is so cold and not so welcoming. No salad bar. Horrible hateful staff. Really sad for one of our old local faves

The young gentlemen at the window needs more customer service skills.

Grew up here in Cortez and have to say, this Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. I’ve tried many before in a couple different states but none can compare to this one. The food always comes out tasting great and the staff have always been friendly.What prompted this review was my most recent order. I had ordered a dinner box with the cheese stick upgrade. When I picked it up from their drive up window, my fiancé peaked inside and noticed they had given us breadsticks. I parked and went inside to let them know and David took a look and even reprinted a receipt (the one we had gotten was very faint, couldn’t see anything really) and said he’d start up a batch of cheese sticks for us, and we got to keep the breadsticks as well. He was very nice and didn’t act like I had inconvenienced him for asking for what was originally ordered. (I’ve had some employees at different establishments act like I’m annoying/terrible for even asking!)I truly appreciate the kindness of David with this matter!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible, the front doors are to heavy to hold open and wheel in.
