Quarta volta passo la mia vacanza in questo hotel . non mi delude mai! accogliente camera pulita con magnifica vista .bath confortevole con quello che ti serve. Colazione abbondante .menu' variato per piacere tutti i gusti. Gente gentile che vi accolga. rapporto qualità/prezzo

Walking distance to main lift! Super comfortable nice staff, attention to clients, big rooms. Liked playroom with billiard table, air hockey and football table game. Made special dinner for Christmas with beautiful decoration and great variety of food.

This was a delightful stay! Rooms have just been refurbished and are in excellent condition. Great balcony space to enjoy the mountain view. Excellent ablutions. Superbly comfortable bed. Great hosts. Alice has an excellent command of the English language and was a most helpful with info needed. Very comfortable and cozy lounge for guests to enjoy. Great dining area and bar (supper a little pricey and slightly less appetizing than other options we found). Lovely breakfast and delicious coffee. No aircon and no coffee making facilities in the room. Wifi works well and is free! Parking at the premises. A delightful stay in the most incredible setting. Be sure to grab a drink and sit on the grassy park area belonging to the hotel to enjoy the majectic views. There is also a great little river on the hotel's doorstep. Not really swimmable. (In fact....dont count on swimming in Cortina in summer unless you have €35 to use the spa at one of the hotels in the centre) For us an absolutely delightful stay.

After reading reviews we were excited to have dinner at Stella Polare but were very disappointed. The food was ok but our biggest disappointment was with the service. We waited over 20 minutes just to place our drink order than finally our dinner orders while we watched other diners who came in after us receive their drinks and dinner before we even got our wine. Than in a mad and brusque way all our starters, first course and mains were served all at one time- to the point they all didn’t fit on the table. Shockingly done as some of the plates were even tossed and lucky they did not land in our laps. I did go to manager to ask why and he apologized and mentioned he would do something for us, but nothing was offered. Desert menus were presentrd but at that point we wanted to leave. Highly disappointed and will not return.
