Jack In The Box - Costa Mesa

I have never received more worse service than I have coming to this Jack in the box. First time I came here they said they didn't honor the 10 strikeouts for the Dodgers the night before said they only honor it on Mondays so if the Dodgers don't pitch10 strikeouts on a Sunday they're not honoring the jumbo Jack. Then I go there again order two tacos they give me cold ones so Icalled and complained. They said come back and get new ones so I did. Then the big Mexican lady tells me that she looked on thecamera and said that they were timed perfectly which was an absolute lie because I barely went across the street and they werecompletely cold. So basically she called me a liar. Whoever is managing this is doing a poor job because their employees donothing but disrespect their customers. I will no longer go to this Jack in the box because of the poor service.

I love jack in the box. Period end of conversation.

The food is consistently served ice cold and tastes as if it has been sitting under heat lamps for days. This location of Jack in the Box is reliably poor, without exception.

I was craving Jack in the Box, and my grandpa asked for a fish sandwich. They said yes, but when we looked in the bag, there was NO FOOD AT ALL! I definitely do not recommend this place!

The tacos were fantastic, and they still have the best tweezers!
