Pub Four Seasons Rock Cafè

20:30hrs 09-07-2023. The place was a shambles. Staff all over the place dropping stuff, glass etc, It was like watching an episode of supermarket sweep, food was not up-to standard, customers leaving. Won’t be back in a hurry. We all had the classic burger which we were looking forward to with previous reviews. The bread was stale and the burgers over cooked. Chips were sub standard cold and dried out. Waste of our hard earned money. The staff kept saying they were too busy, but there were still empty tables. Maybe a management problem that night.

The staff are great, attentive, and efficient. The food is other worldly, this is genuinely one of the best places to eat in Costa Teguise. My particular favourite, is the 'Four Seasons Mix Grill ', which is fantastic value for money. Only complaint I would have, is the music indoors is too loud when trying to eat, and they also dimmed the lights making it hard to see.

Popped in for a cocktail at the end of the night. Louder bar with the option to dance. The service was good and the staff friendly. Cocktails were good. The music was good too and you can have a song-a-long.

Stopped for drinks when we were on a walk. We sat inside. The whole place is done out as fantastic showcase of memorabilia to stars of music and screen. There's outside areas too. Drinks ok. Loos were fabulous. This is a place that gets extremely busy. They have entertainment too some times

Poor service Ignored by staff. Other tables struggling to get service. Staff looking lost and not knowing the table numbers. Starters never arrived, asked for them when the mains came, only 1 out of 2 starters arrived. Asked again. ‘2minutes’ she says. Never came. Asked her to remove off the bill. No apology. Ages to clear the plates. Didn’t offer dessert menu, had to ask. Food was mediocre. Music was good besides speaker technical issues. Took a long time for the bill to arrive. Big disappointment, definitely do not recommend.
