I hired Saucy's Catering for my winter wedding and I can still taste the amazing food two years later! Luciana was so attentive to us in the planning stages, developing the menu, setting out the food (and changing the setting when the weather took a downturn) and even stepped up when there was a miscommunication about who was cutting and serving the cake. The service was beyond excellent and the food was absolutely to die for. You won't find a caterer anywhere in the area that has the formal culinary skill Luciana has. 20 out of 10, would absolutely hire again.

Saucys catered my wedding and they were absolutely amazing! The service the waiters provided was great! the food was to die for! my family and friends are still going on about how perfectly everything was seasoned and cooked! The owner was so helpful and friendly and accommodating! i could not have asked for a better catering service for my wedding! They are truly a HUGE part of what made my day so special! i knew i was in good professorial hands and it allowed me to enjoy my day and the amazing dinner!!

This review is for the kid's beginner cooking school: Its awesome! My son had so much fun! The kids were taught about etiquette and place settings. They prepared hollandaise sauce, crusted honey mustard chicken sliders, alfredo sauce, angel food cake, and ice cream with real vanilla beans, PLUS, we were invited to a special lunch (spaghetti, homemade meatballs, and homemade sauce, baked apple a la mode) that was prepared by the kids at the end of the week. We will try and return next year. Thank you for offering this class for kids!

Hello Luciana, We just wanted to give you and Rafa 2 thumbs up for the dinner last night! We couldn't decide on a favorite...Ken loved the salmon, and the sauce was wonderful! I really enjoyed the prime rib--it was cooked perfectly, and the salmon was some of the best I've ever had...the sauce complimented it perfectly. Thanks again for a wonderful Valentine's dinner! We used Saucy's for our entire Thanksgiving meal this year. I have two kids with severe Celiac Disease, so we ordered a regular meal and a gluten free meal. The prices were very reasonable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge! We had tons of leftovers. But best of all, my kids were able to eat a complete Thanksgiving feast with zero cross-contamination! It takes a lot of extra work to cook and keep the gluten free food completely separate from the rest of the food. Luciana did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using Saucy's again!!
