This restaurant has quick, attentive service with staff who are situationally aware. The Happy Hour Daily Specials are a definite highlight, with a rating of 10/10. From appetizers to 2-for-1 burger deals, it's worth taking advantage of the upscale offerings to get the most value for your money. The food receives a perfect 5/5 rating, with flavorful dishes made with attention to detail. However, the prices are a bit on the pricey side, with a rating of 3.5/5. This is to be expected considering the restaurant's amazing decor and large size. Even with the Daily Specials and Happy Hour deals, you may still end up paying quite a bit. Overall, it's a great spot for a fancy dinner or date night.

So, recieved amazing service by the staff who did their best with what they had to work with, however; the kitchen crew let them down bigtime then the owner (waitress had called them) did even worse offering just a free dessert. First, cold chicken wings. Then another dish, tacos had a crumpled up piece of plastic which hoping we didn't swallow parts of!!! Have pics, so gross! This was the plastic wrapping the individual portions of chicken...clearly was cooked in the plastic...sounds heathy yum. The waitress and waiters were awesome but with such a f up we assumed no charge for the bill. Seriously they couldn't mess up much worse right? So we got a free dessert, and the humble waiter sent us shots. So the ONLY good thing about this place was the really shocked and embarrassed WAIT team. The kitchen and owner were the biggest let down. The meal should've been free imo. What a shocker.

Lovely menu. Lots of options. Friendly staff and delicious drinks! Can't wait to go back and try other menu items! Very cozy warm setting in the lounge and the patio is stunning!

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends for happy hour. The had some really good happy hour deals on drinks and burgers. On the positive side, the place was clean and the decor would compete with any Cactus Club or Keg restaurant. Our waitress was terrific dealing with our large group of 14. The service was very prompt and our waitress was very good attenfing to our needs. Now for the reason for the 2 stars. Everyone ordered the 2 for 1 burgers. A quick survey of the group had 6 people not liking their burgers. It's hard to mess up a burger but they figured out how to do it. I found my burger to be dry, tasteless and over cooked. The potatoes wedges they included with th were meal were plentiful but decidely medicore. Most of us didn't eat them. Over all i thought the burgers were disappointing.

This is a great place. The establishment is a wonderful place. Upscale. The food is good not great but I am comparing other places I have eaten. Locals is great food. No TV if you are a sports fan. Prime has three great areas to hang out. Enjoy. They do a good job. The small details are missing but the big picture is 5 stars.
