Bisque has been my favorite dining spot on Vancouver Island for many years. The care and attention put into every detail, both in the food and the service, never disappoints. The menu is filled with delicious options from appetizers to main courses to desserts. Bravo to the team at Bisque for continuing to provide an exceptional dining experience.

I recently dined at the new location on Cliffe Ave. The decor was nice, but I think they should have painted the drop ceiling tiles to improve the overall atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with a variety of seafood entrees available. I chose the stuffed sole, while my date ordered the salmon, and both dishes were delicious. The waiter was attentive, and the wine selection, although not extensive, was satisfactory. I also appreciated that they replaced the tablecloths for each new set of patrons. Our bill came to $90 for one glass of wine, one appetizer, two entrees, and two desserts. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I can confirm all the positive reviews, the food is delicious and the service absolutely on point so friendly and helpful! In our group of 3, two had a salmon fillet that was (close to) perfection, I had crab ravioli which were just fantastic. The drinks menu won't disappoint you either my hint: visit this gem.

Superb. Excellent food...great service... lovely atmosphere at a good price overall. We'll be going back, soon and often.
