It is unacceptable to be rude and demanding towards customers, so please do not speak to me in that manner. Additionally, the refrigerator was not working properly, resulting in my water being warm.
Quiet and spacious. good coffee and tee. could have a few more cozy seats, otherwise it feels more like a study site, from which the nearby university students have a lot.
A terrible service. the personal told us that we need three seats to buy food (very rude)? what a stupid policy is that. left without buying anything. I hope that rude employees will be released
I spent £4 at the restaurant, but they did not allow me to eat because I had purchased food from another place. Despite there being plenty of available seats, the customer service was disappointing. I am not pleased with Costa's consistent poor service and will not be returning in the future.
The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with a spacious and well-lit seating area. There are plenty of tables for dining in, and the place is always clean and orderly. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The extended opening hours are a great feature, ensuring that you are unlikely to arrive and find the restaurant closed or not yet open.
