Contribuer aux commentairesWe were in July at the Alba campsite, we had already been to other capfuns in France and we really like the chain. This campsite has good things and not so good things. Points to improve: We didn't find the bar and restaurant pleasant, there were waiters who didn't know Spanish, they served us food in poor condition and the manager came in a bit arrogantly to say that wasn't the case. The meat was rancid from having been in the refrigerator for several days and was bad and remained on the plate without being able to be eaten. Anyone in a restaurant sees that the plate is left uneaten and if they are interested they ask you and try to find a solution, in this case the manager didn't even look at us and it was a kid's plate. Zero interest on your part, very very disappointing. The bungalow we had was quite old, there were dangerous nails on the terrace, there were areas of the wood gnawed by dogs, I understand, the door handles were coming off... The people at the reception are very unresponsive on a day-to-day basis. There was a girl at reception who didn't know Spanish directly??? I understand that it is a French channel and that it is also aimed at a French audience but if you are in Spain you have to know some Spanish to address the public... If it hits you in the middle of the campsite you will be fine but if it hits you at the ends on one side of the road and on the other side the train you are going to have a lot of noise. The soccer area has a really low fence and as soon as the kids play, the ball sneaks outside the campsite. I don't understand the concept of having swimming pools on one side and slides on the other side of the campsite, I don't see the point. I repeat that I understand that the chain is French but it is incomprehensible that no puppet show for children is in Spanish. I think we should think about paving the campsite roads, gravel is a pain. Good points of the campsite: We were at the first foam party that was organized and it was really a lot of fun. The pool party, which is a party that takes place at the pool at night on Wednesdays, was also amazing. The work of the animators with Lucille in charge was very good. We already know the mascots and there were many passes with them, dances, games and it was very good. I think the supermarket was pretty good and the woman who ran it was lovely. The proximity to the beach is a point in its favor even though you have to cross the train track on a drawbridge. In short, it is a campsite that is good although it still does not reach the level of the capfun that they have been around for years and that we know. We will be back? Don't know. It is a campsite where I have been quite good but I have not fallen in love with it.
SIMPLY GOOD
A place to enjoy as a family, with many activities for children and adults, my wife already went last year and we decided to go this year with them, and it is the best decision I made, we had a great time and the people The work there is great and very nice, a success, to put it down there would be some noise from people but it is normal in a campsite, otherwise, swimming pool, games and entertainment are great like the activities employees, thank you very much, we will surely return. Nearby activities: I would highlight the activities in general, we had a great time, from the crazy dance, to the Zumba and the foam parties, live music and the pool party
Designed only for French. All entertainment for children and shows in French. Very demanding with the cleaning of the bungalow before leaving it. They leave you a long list of cleaning instructions. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 2
