Mission Bbq In Wyomiss - Crofton

This is one of my favorite fast casual places great for families with kids who want to get the food quick and be ready for a quick exit. I usually get the moist brisket, the lean brisket can be very dry. It’s great to dine in or take home. The salmon was very good didn’t love the burger though. Sides are all solid no really standouts. All in just a great place for a quick decently priced meal.

I will say the staff was lovely and accommodating, but the entire restaurant experience was outdated if not hostile. From the cop-aganda adorning the walls, to the fact that everything was served in plasticware, and the complete lack of decent vegetarian entrees, it feels like the concept hasn’t evolved an ounce since 2011.

Wish i could give this place a bajilllion stars. First off, the food is delicious!! We got a 2 meat brisket and pulled pork with fries and mac and cheese. Lemonade is amazing. Mac and cheese has that addictive crumb topping you KNOW you love. And the smokey mountain BBQ sauce is just FIREEEE. I also was transported to a magical world where cornbread meets strawberries and cream… mind blown! Additionally, if you go during the week youll see the most AMAZING worker named Christina. She is the absolute best and will make you want to come back because of her kindness!! 100% recommend.

This location catered my son's wedding and it was absolutely fabulous! The food, decor and service for all our guests was impeccable! Don't hesitate hiring them for your next event, you will not be disappointed!
