Stopped in for a ceaser something to eat. Breakfast wasn't on the menu, but they were wonderful made us two breakfasts of eggs, bacon, hasbrowns toast. Thnx guys!
We were staying at the hotel across the street, so we walked over to get some dinner. It was a lovely evening, so we opted to sit outside in their backyard . Our waitress was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and fun. The food, however, was nothing special. Fish and Chips was ok. The fish was supposedly fresh, but it seemed more like frozen. It just didn 't have that fresh taste. The nachos were good, and the poutine was very good. Everything else just ok. They DO allow dogs out in the yard, so that may be a plus for some people. The interior of the pub has a lot of potential, but to us it just appeared run down and in need of a good cleaning.
Stopped by for dinner tonight. Young lady was runner the entire severe herself. With a smile and great attitude.
I've lived across from this bar for 20 years and I've seen it decline significantly. We used to go every Friday night for music trivia and always had a fantastic time. Now, I only stop in after golf for a pint or two, and that's about it. The staff is great, and the prices are much more reasonable compared to the golf course. These days, we typically drive to one of the two pubs in Crofton when we go out. It's quite disappointing! It feels like the owner just doesn't care anymore.
