Eq Kids Club - Cross Roads

I brought my son to eq on Wednesday, and he had the best time! the staff was extremely helpful and professional, and the facility was clean and sanitary several times while we were there. we will definitely come back to play!

Frisco Moms! This was Such an amazing experience! We schedule a time for our first visit and the owner Marcia was so so welcoming and accommodating for an unexpected thing! The boys then had an absolutely blast and are asking if they can go back every week! I highly recommend this place and it’s perfect for those few hours to get some momma things done!

This was our first visit to this restaurant after several attempts. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming we were made to feel, which was a concern of mine. Chloe, I believe that is how her name is spelled, was fantastic. I sat my 9-month-old down to play, and she immediately joined her to keep her company while I tended to my 2.5-year-old. She didn't have to do that. The restaurant is very clean and offers nice toys for children to play with. Everyone seemed to get along and share well. Coffee is included and offered. I noticed someone mentioning that there were no drinks for kids, but I am not sure if that is true since we always have water in the car. I love that they have a trampoline similar to the one we have at home. The ambiance of this place feels cozy to me. We will definitely be back again, even if it means driving a bit further. Both of my daughters had a great time.

Hi! We had an awful experience last year. My 3 year old twins boys, mother and I did not feel welcomed. The environment is great for folks that are friends with the owner but the opposite experience for new comers. As a result, we left much earlier than planned and I turned in the remaining passes that I bought because I will never go back to this place.
