Dunkin' - Crossing

A bit to the back of the area, but Dunkin' has consistent good coffee and donuts. This place is no exception.

Terrible attitudes, terrible food. I love Dunkin but this location is problematic. The counter where you order was filthy with coffee stains. The trash area was overflowing at 7:45 am. It's no wonder there were 3 people in line here and easily 30 in the line for Starbucks.

Visited this airport location around 3:30 in the afternoon on a busy travel day. Donuts were already essentially gone. I asked if more were coming, and was informed that that was it for the day.... At Dunkin Donuts, you expect to be able to buy donuts, no matter what time of day especially in an airport where people travel at all hours.

Fast and friendly staff! Ordered quickly at this Dunkin' and they had my drinks and food ready in no time. This one is located in the B Terminal. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite with a medium iced chai latte! Dunkin's coffee is way better than Starbucks tbh and half the price ;

Logan Airport Gate 20: HORRIBLE!!! They don 't take the DD app claim they don 't have change in the drawer , is it ok that we keep the 70cents? Well do I have a damn choice?! And when you keep the change you should make sure that you provide appropriate beyond customer service since that is ACTUALLY A MANDATED TIP!!! If you 're not accepting the app then make an announcement so people aren 't wasting their time staying in that long line!!! Additionally, if a customer takes their lid off at the counter to check their drink the lid falls to the floor...HOW TF you gonna tell the customer that you don 't have hot drink lids when you 're presently taking orders including HOT drinks?!?!?! You all sound d asf. I see why I left y 'all started drinking Starbucks...problem was there was no Starbucks at my gate I really wanted the decided to get your bumass coffee. And since when is a hot coffee $3.85 a donut is $1.80???? Starbucks YOU. ARE. NOT!!!
