Little Caesars Pizza - Crossville

Was promised a credit by a manager because twice my pizza order was messed up and we had to leave because our ice cream was beginning to melt. Sec manager denied this credit because it's been past 7 days, and they don't honor past 7 days? The local Domino's is owned by a local. He wouldn't do this ever. I will be taking my business to Domino's in Crossville...

Used to be very good but is now just thrown together garbage.Last time was cold.Today, not what I ordered with crust taking up half the pizza.I won't go again. Too bad because I went because it was always good, not just because it was cheap...

What restaurant won’t let you cancel your order that you placed online….told me they can’t do it when I tried online it kept going to a page that said it can’t load and when I asked them for a corporate number they wouldn’t give me one! So they got my money but won’t no

Wish I could put negative on the service. I usually go and get a cheese pizza before I go into work night shift. The pizza that I had been getting lately either is not done all the way or is cold and hard. This last time I went in the guy at the register refused to make a pizza because they were closing in 20mins and said they did not have anything out to make a pizza. He absolutely was rude to me over it. I asked if the policy had changed or something, I had never had a problem getting a pizza at that time. He said if nothing is up then they could not make anything. He said well we have wings cooked. They were sitting for a few hours I said no thank you, I would like a cheese pizza. He said I was out of luck and to have a good night rushing me out the door. I asked for the corporate number and his name and he refused to give me both and kept telling me bye bye now have a good day. He was an older white man that is over wait.

Don't go in to get anything past 7 ordered a hot and ready was told to wait 10 mins. so i went and sat in the car and came back in after 15 mins later and had to wait to get my already paid for pizza. Pizza was sitting on counter wrong name wasn't even right one.
