King Family Vineyards - Crozet

We enjoyed a delicious Merlot, while overlooking the grapes in the polo field. Great service, too!

This is such a fantastic wedding venue! I photographed a wedding here in August, and the mountain views made this such a beautiful location. I loved photographing portraits near the horse barn on the property, and this is the perfect wedding venue to take advantage of sunset over the blue ridge mountains!

I really love this family and dog friendly vineyard that has amazing sparkling wines (even by the glass) and some delicious whites in their sauv blanc and viognier. We went on polo Sunday which was fun to observe the match! It was hot out though so luckily we were able to find a spot bb the shade! Can’t wait to visit again!

Arrived mid afternoon on a hot summer day with friends, their kid and our dog. No dogs were allowed inside but there was ample room of seats with shade. We found a picnic table along the back of the patio. The staff was friendly, the wine was amazing as well. The property is amazing. They had plenty of options of gifts and food to enjoyed. We had the pretzel sticks with everything bagel hummus. I feel like if it was busy, you could still enjoy your time without becoming overwhelmed. I highly recommend and will be back to this vineyard to watch one of their polo matches!

Cool vineyard. The wine was good and the food trucks on site were nice. The polo match got rained out but everyone still got to see the horses.
