I liked it very much. The dishes are nice and the service is good too. It’s located in a nice part of town. I’d come back.
My parents , my wife and my 1 year old daughter wanted to celebrate my birthday in an environment of tranquility and comfort. However, we find ourselves with a small crowded space and a terrible level of noise, and let me tell you that I know restaurants where the Stock Exchange falls short of the noise level and scandal. At first we went to know the place days before and we asked the hostess to reserve a space next to the playroom , this space, sponsored by another company outside the restaurant, more like a raccoon burrow than a space for healthy recreation of babies and small children. The hostess confirms that the reservation was made , this Saturday noon we arrived and , Could you believe that the table that was supposed reserved was already taken ? by only three people. ? An “ Would you please excuse me it was not my fault , when I came to work the table was already occupied this was the professional response of the hostess, very professional and efficient according to her, unthinkable and incredible that they didn’t respected my reservation. The height of cynicism and irresponsibility of this place accustomed to lying to its customers. I have to admit that the food is good but the service is slow and sloppy , and the waiter who takes your order never comes back to your table. They leave you waiting with your plates, the bread, with a simple soda or a beer. Of course, they want to compensate you by giving you a pizza. Such a dump place. Finally , Let me aware and advise to mothers and dads : never , never never leave their children in the pseudo-playroom, it is full of children abandoned to their fate. There was a child who made his needs right there. We met a jungle where my wife had to run out of there with my baby in arms because as soon as they stepped on the place, they pounced on my daughter to take away and fight with the toys that she was playing with. Aggressing and insulting. The cream of the cream of “La Condesa”. I will never step on this place again and I would recommend to those braves who dare to try it , that there are places where education and service culture really exists. This is not the place. Run away like the plague.
Good and very amicable service Nice place: All the stars are for that. The food and wine were highly forgettable. Our daughter pizza, my wife camarones and my entrecote were at best banal, common and uninspired. The Ribera del duero was flat close to start oxidizing…I am not sure where this type of comments comes from “This is Michelin level food and service at low prices. “ Not my experience at all. I would have loved to have a much more memorable dinner that I would have loved to report here. Not the case. Sorry. Not taking any pleasure nor fun reporting our experience.
This is the perfect place to eat if you want good food, have children with you and you want to enjoy your meal! The upstairs dining room has a children's area with games, a little store with fake food so the kids can go shopping and a lot of other ways to entertain the kids while you enjoy your meal. There are 2 Nannies that watch them for you for about $100 pesos. We ordered a lot of starters 1 Entree which was the Shortrib in Balsamic Sauce which was tender delicious! We ordered the Ribeye Tacos, Quesadillas de platano macho con mole, Sopecitos mixtos de tuetano Fideo Seco. Everything was yummy and we enjoyed it all!
