Didn't see any roasted jalapenos though. Service was quick and they provide tables with seats to dine in if you please. I'll definitely stop there again if I'm in the area. There's a gas station right next door too.
My vegetarian GF swears by this place their veggie burrito but I've have mixed results. In general burrito seems the way to go: last time my al pastor and steak tacos had literally nothing on them besides the meat. Yummy salsa bar selections helped fix it.
I was craving tacos and a quesadilla and decided to go here because I trusted the reviews and they did not fail me. I ordered two pastor tacos and one asada quesadilla. The pastor was the best I have ever had and was seasoned to perfection. The asada was bomb!! I love that the meat is chopped into big pieces and is very good quality. The red spicy salsa was some sort of smoky red Chile salsa and the middle verde salsa was amazing! This is my new taco truck?
It was actually really good food which you don't think it's going to at a taco truck but I was presently surprised at how good the food was!
Great tacos including crispy tripas (best I've had at a taco truck) and papas with carne asada. Hours are great and late. Fast service
