Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I want to start by saying that I really enjoy the food at Tropical Smoothie. However, this particular location has dreadful service. I've had unpleasant experiences there on three separate occasions. Once, I was given my food but ended up waiting for 5-10 minutes for my smoothies. They weren’t made until I inquired about them and was informed that they had forgotten. On another occasion, I received my smoothies but had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. And during yet another visit, the person behind me in the drive-thru pulled into a parking spot, went inside, and got their food before I did. The service here is just unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Everything feels fresh, quick, and simple, and the staff is polite. I was hungry and decided to try the sausage cheese quesadilla, and I believe they serve the best breakfast!
