Contribuer aux commentairesSent in an internet order. They called and were out of what I ordered for one of the subs so I said just give me the same as the other sub. Make two like that. What was that one? ham and provolone subs with mayo. That’s it. That is all we wanted on them. Picked them up and headed to the river to fish. 45 min later we get there and pull them out. BOTH SUBS WERE WRONG! They were loaded down. Oil-vinegar tomato onion you name it —it was on them!! We were in a rural area so needless to say we were hungry!! The order is in writing! How do you mess that up? If you order to go here. Check your sandwich before you leave the restaurant.
Had to put a star wouldn’t even rate it one star!! When you order take out over phone or on app it is NEVER right! I would NOT recommend this store (unless evealyn is working she’s only one who knows what she is doing there)
I am not the one to complain about anything, but I spend so much money at the cusseta ga. Subway for it not to be right , only time it’s right is when Evelyn is there today I ordered two footling subs and a salad , no salad did I get bread not toasted, this is the forth or fifth time . This establishment needs better management! OR close it if they are not willing to give a better customer service. Lately my orders online have been wrong. They always miss something or get me the wrong products. If they don't have a product at that time, they don't call you to let you know. You get the surprise when you get there. SURPRIIIIIISSSE! ???! I am local but work in Columbus, so if I order in Cusseta is because I want my food warm and fresh. Now is that it is only one person working. 5pm, people waiting, card service was having issues on a big order. Waiting, waiting, waiting, OH! By the way! There was no steak, no salami, and something else! Can't remember from being so furious! There's no fault on the employee tho! Management! The manager should've been there due to the rush hours. Also they need better planning on ordering products to have available at all time. Never again! By the way! I left without food!!!
AXEL. AXEL. AXEL. AXEL. AXEL. AXEL. AXEL. I’m going to start this out with saying I have been here many times over the years. It’s local and easy. That said, today was the first day that I found any issues and typically I word my reviews in a way that doesn’t call for disciplinary actions but I am writing this with every intention to have this employee not only reprimanded but given something even more severe than that. I placed an online order at 6:45PM. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:00. I showed up right at seven as it said that it was ready. I walked in and the employee named Axel was trying to get this young woman’s attention. First he says “young lady” then he switches to “little girl” while staring her down. The young lady answered his question then shifted over to her parents as she was visibly uncomfortable. He then proceeded to ask if I was the one with an online order. I confirmed this. He then held his hand out to his coworker who placed my receipt into his hand. What proceeded next was the slowest sandwich construction I have ever witnessed. He stood there moving with no care in the world. Eyes fixed on nothing, head hanging over my food, mouth open; breathing on everything. I say this in a way that contains ZERO humorous intent. FIFTEEN minutes later I have my TWO sandwiches. I’m out the door. I’m disgusted that someone of this caliber is even in the work force. Please do something. If I see this excuse for a worker when I pull up, I’m putting my car in reverse. You have lost my business and rest assured. I will be reaching out to corporate. Again. His name is Axel.
