The restaurant is located in an inconspicuous clinker building on the main road. In the Van-Vy, an Asian cuisine awaits you as you get used to Grosso modo from Chinese restaurants, as no Vietnamese cuisine as it is powerful in the cities in the past. If you arrive in a typical Chinese restaurant in the Van-Vy, you will not be disappointed. The value for money is hospitable and for four stars. Service: On the visited Pentecostal evening only four tables were occupied and the nice operator, probably the guest woman, had a easy game to bring the desired drinks quickly. She was friendly and open to a humorous comment. After a short waiting period, the soups came a bit too fast and the main dishes too fast. But since they were served very hot, they could take care of them. I'll give you four stars for the nice speech. The beverage prices are moderate: A Krombacher 0.3 l comes to €2.30, 0.25 l water to €1.80 and the high-percent special screws are charged with €2.50. Food: The map can be examined on the Van-Vy website [here link]. It includes, as usual in Chinese, a variety of positions safe from 80 to 90 in the headings soups, seafood, pork, beef, chicken meat, duck meat and vegetarian. There are also the specialties of the house and five menu suggestions of two people. We first chose the Wan-Tan soup 3,40 € and the Canh-Chua soup 4,70 € . Both soups came in a deep soup cup with lid on the table, were very hot and provided with a lot of inlay. My Canh-Chua tomato soup should be sharp and contain Hump raves and galadium. In the hot broth the humprabs had already lost some taste and the sharpness came from some thin rings of chilischote, as in the main dish later. This type of "hardening" has the advantage that the experienced eater can recognize and remove the sharp ingredient. For a round taste experience, this type of wort is disadvantageous to me in comparison with chili sharpness based on powder or sauce. The galadium gave an interesting exotic taste. Since the Wan-Tan soup was also wounded, the soups cut off with 3.5 stars. Both main dishes were served on a hot, oval iron plate, which our operator could serve only on a wooden board and with an unsightly cloth as spray protection. The dishes prepared in a wok are placed on the very hot iron plate shortly before serving, so that it evaporates and tastes. It is probably the effect of this attention that the iron plate justifies with respect to conventional heat retention. Luckily, the iron plate will only be placed before you when the cliché has laid. On a dish the duck slices, crispy grilled with eight delicacies 14,50 € with separately served hoisin sauce and on the other three varieties meat beef, pig, chicken with bamboo, broccoli, paprika, lemongras and chili s. o., 12,20 €. For this purpose, a bowl with lid was served in which the slightly fragrant, glued rice was served. Both dishes are delicious. My meat Potpourri was served with still bite-resistant vegetables, I couldn't taste lemongras. The sauce is spicy and not too soylastic and rather thin, which I prefer compared to the whole variant. The duck dish with the typical hoising taste. The most important foods also deserve an evaluation between three and four stars. I want to leave it with good three stars. On the table there is a small bowl with Sambal Olek and soy sauce. Ambience: The restaurant is spacious and you have plenty of space at the tables and there is no bottle in between. Plastetic ceilings are safe to wiping through the splashy iron plates, but lead to point removal. Otherwise it is asian colorful, starting with the patterned carpet for wall decoration. I found a half-high slab of bamboo and a braid. Overall, the Van-Vy also meets the expectations of the guests inside. The loudspeakers pass through a muted “bicycle music” as they were used by classics like yesterday decades ago. In the spacious counter area also inventory, which is more part of the kitchen or fluffed away when guests at the restaurant are cleaning agents. Cleanliness: Nothing disadvantage was seen.
