Nha Hang Lotteria (kfc Cu) - Da Nang

Like any other KFC. As clean as they can. Industrial service attitude . Unhealthy foods (which we carve) and lot and lot of noisy children.

Food is quite bad. Service is not as good as it should be. Would not comeback. And the space is pretty small

The food is expensive compared with the price. Pretty disappointing. And the worse thing is that the employee named Ha Linh has an attitude problem when serving the customer. She has a I do not give a s**t attitude. What a well-trained staffmember! She made my day. This is my first visit and will be the last one.

They never stock original KFC, always you have to wait 20 minutes and they don't even offer to make it, you have to insist.... It's so frustrating. If you like original KFC don't go to this branch, you'll be disappointed. Terrible service.

KFC is KFC. The food is decent with tasty bites. The service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is also friendly.
