However, I was disappointed that some of the items on the menu, such as the Ikan Nila and all of drinks, were unavailable when I visited. Rendang here was quite flavorful and tender, but a bit too oily for my liking. Bakso broth, on the other hand, was decent, but not the best I've had. I was really excited to try the Klepon, but unfortunately, it wasn't up to par. The texture was hard and it didn't taste fresh it seemed like it had been made the previous day and stored in the fridge. I brought some foreign friends here to try Indonesian food and they were disappointed with (klepon is a big NO). Overall, this restaurant has some hits and misses, but I might recommend it for their Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Rendang. Just be aware that some items on the menu may not be available, and the Klepon might not be the best choice.
Love it sooo much. Indonesian taste. I would recommend Ayam Bakar!
Decent food at a reasonable price. Service was very quick and portions are big. The interior isn't particularly nice but the food makes up for it. Solid Indonesian food and you can go for a walk in Daan park to digest!
Great place for Indonesian food, authentic and delicious taste, quite affordable price. We can also buy varieties of chips (keripik) as side snack. Unlimiteds supply of water and other seasonings such as sweet soy sauce (kecap mains). It's located next to Taipei Grand Mosque. There is also Da'an Park right in front of it, with ubike and bus station nearby, very convenient. The pictures below are nasi pecel ayam, gado-gado and rendang sapi. Delicious, authentic taste, recommended!
Really great food Don't let the slash in its name fool you, there is no option of either ROYAL or INDONESIAN food (there's only INDONESIAN) but perhaps that is a statement against monarchy so double points for that
