Chick-fil-a - Dallas

I used to like this place. Not so much anymore. There?s no where to sit or eat. The quality of food and service has gone way down. The shakes are overpriced for the small size. I pre-ordered online and then have to wait at the restaurant 10 minutes for my food. I guess Chick-fil-A doesn?t want my business anymore.

Ecstatic I?m always able to pick up lunch order so efficiently!! My go to for a quick drive thru order, chicken nuggets fries are always cooked to perfection lemonade is always so refreshing!!!

Why order large fries when they?re only going to fill them half way. Come on Chick-fil-A I expect better than that

Giving 4 stars because I haven?t personally been impacted but I?ve seen it happen. The food I?ve gotten here has always been good and orders correct. However, when you go through the drive thru, be prepared to be frustrated. They bring food for cars that are behind you constantly and they are stuck waiting until cars in front get their food. It doesn?t make sense at all. If they just made their orders in the order they were taken, this wouldn?t be a problem. But I?ve seen them bring out up to 5-6 orders before they get to the first car. Bottom line: either make the food in the correct order to begin with or at least plan to let cars out to keep the line moving. Fix that and I?ll update to 5 stars

Not only do they forget my deluxe sandwich they give me a medium amount of fries in my large fries box. The burger king beside them gives better portions compared to them
